This is a blank copy of the questionnaire that we handed out to a number of people, to get their views on what they expect to see in a rom-com, what their favourite type of rom-com is and which element they prefer to see more of (e.g Romance or Comedy). We also asked their age and gender as this tends to have an affect on the outcome of the answers they give.
